I am writing to request that you support an independent audit of Adult Safeguarding, as called for by the Zero Means Zero campaign.

We need to ensure that Ireland’s most vulnerable adults are being properly protected and that safeguarding systems are working as intended.

Please raise this issue in the Dáil and take action to commission a full, independent review of how safeguarding cases are handled, so the public can have confidence that abuse and neglect are not being ignored or covered up.
